At that time the BBB gave LR an “A” rating but LR was not accredited. The inspection of my roof took Tom and Kyle approximately twenty minutes, during which time I checked for Liberty Restorations credentials with the BBB and their official web site.
Tom and Kyle both showed me that the were not carrying any tools to the roof which could be used to enhance any possible damage.
They asked for my permission to physically check my roof and gave me a very professional business portfolio from Liberty Restorations to review while they were on the roof. I explained that I was not aware of any leaks but the roof on my two story house could not be seen entirely from the ground. They asked if my roof ***** * ****) had similar damage. They had noticed that my neighbor’s roof had several shingles missing and had stopped there to inquire about possible repairs that they could make. On while working in my front yard, I was approached by Tom and Kyle who were sales agents working for Liberty Restorations.
